We're bringing the gym to you. Whether you're looking to de-stress, build strength, or just move your body during the workday, there's a class for you.
How It Works
These classes are exclusively available to employees of The Standard and tenants in buildings owned by The Standard. Here's everything you need to know before your first class:
Reserve your spot through the schedule above; it only takes a minute and helps us plan accordingly.
Arrive 5–10 minutes early so you have time to get settled, grab any equipment, and start class on time.
Class updates — if a class is ever cancelled due to weather or an inability to find a substitute instructor, it will be reflected here on this page so you're never left guessing.
More classes coming soon — we're actively working to expand the schedule and bring even more variety to the program, so stay tuned!
The Classes
Vinyasa Flow for Everyone Yoga | Beginner-Friendly - Monday 12-12:50pm, Wednesday 1-1:50pm and Friday’s 12-12:50pm
Join us for an uplifting Vinyasa flow designed to get your body moving and your breath flowing in a supportive, no-pressure environment. This class moves through a sequence of poses at an accessible pace, making it perfect for those brand new to yoga or anyone looking to refine their practice. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming — expect great energy, good vibes, and a community that's happy you showed up.
No prior experience or flexibility required. The only goal? Show up, enjoy the movement, and have a great time.
What to bring: Your own mat if you have one (yoga blocks are provided). Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing you can move freely in.
Power & Pedal Strength + Cycling | All Levels Welcome - Tuesday’s 12-12:50pm
Can't decide between a lifting session and a cycling class? You don't have to. Power & Pedal packs both into one high-energy 50-minute workout built to build muscle, boost endurance, and leave you feeling seriously powerful.
Class kicks off with a focused strength block on the floor, dumbbells, intentional tempo, and smart progressions targeting major muscle groups to build lean strength and fire up your metabolism. Then you clip in for a cardio-driven cycling session loaded with intervals, climbs, and pushes that challenge your legs and lungs all the way to the finish line.
Options are always provided, so all fitness levels are welcome. Come ready to lift, ride, and leave stronger than you arrived.
What to wear: Flat, supportive shoes for the strength block. Regular athletic shoes or clip-in cycling shoes work great for the ride — whatever feels best for you.
Rhythm & Resistance Cycling | All Levels Welcome - Thursday’s 12-12:50pm
This one's loud, rowdy, and a lot of fun. Rhythm & Resistance is a beat-driven 50-minute ride where cycling meets choreography to build aerobic capacity, endurance, and power — and yeah, there are on-the-bike dance moves involved.
Class opens with a progressive warm-up to dial in your form and cadence before things get serious — expect tough hill climbs, fast-paced sprints, and out-of-the-saddle pushes that challenge everything you've got. The final stretch features a max-effort finisher to empty the tank, followed by a guided cooldown to bring your heart rate back down and reset your breath. Come ready to sweat, breathe hard, and walk out stronger than you walked in.
What to wear: Regular athletic shoes or SPD-compatible cycling shoes, your choice.
